HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

In the U.S, you can expect your orders to arrive within 7-10 business days.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payment from all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
We also accept PayPal.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At MovArt, we aim for high quality art prints and want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers! Once you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel the purchase at absolutely no charge. We are a small team with big dreams and although we aim to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, mistakes happen. Because of the variety of sizes and art we offer, we do not pre-print our products, so every piece is printed on demand and made custom to order. We also work with a second party print shop to keep up with customer demands and our partner needs a 3 day lead on any prints. Since we do not keep any in-house inventory, we are unable to accept returns or swap one piece of art for another, therefore, we can’t provide refunds, credits or replacement of any items. However, if a product arrived damaged, please take clear photos showing the damages and send a detailed email to movart.assist@gmail.com.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Since we do not stock inventory and we only print on demand, our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to exchange or issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
